Patient Centered Internal Medicine is an outpatient adult primary care practice serving the residents of Simi Valley, California, and the surrounding region. Under the leadership of Farridah Shafiee, DO, the practice is a well-respected health resource, and many patients come in based on recommendations from friends and family.

MEET OUR DOCTOR
Farridah Shafiee, D.O.
Dr. Shafiee was born in Cleveland, Ohio. As a daughter of a physician she was exposed to the field of medicine from a very early age and became interested in following her father’s footsteps in the practice of Internal Medicine. Dr. Shafiee attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University in North Miami Beach, FL. She then completed her internship and Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. She is board certified in Internal Medicine through American Baord of Internal Medicine and also recently became board certified in Obesity Medicine through American Board of Obesity Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience in the field and is well-regarded among her colleagues and her patients. After spending many years in group practice, she decided to open her own office in order to be able to provide patient-centered and individualized care. Dr. Shafiee has lived in California for the last 15 years.
